Heidi was born and raised in The Woodlands, Texas. She earned her degree from Sam Houston State University in Mass Communication. After graduating, she spent a few years in the Rocky Mountains exploring the new terrain. She currently resides in Pea Ridge, AR close to our newly opened office in Northwest Arkansas. As an experienced Recruiter, Heidi brings a blend of Southern hospitality and professional expertise to every interaction. Her approach is to build genuine relationships, understand unique career aspirations, and to help both candidates and companies find the right match. "Off the clock" Heidi enjoys exploring the Ozark Mountains with her husband, Blake, their son, Hawk and their two dogs - Phil Collins (Husky) and Charlotte York (Terrier).
