Location: Lathrop, CA

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with general accounting functions and a strong understanding of reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
• Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate accounting records
• Review transactions for accuracy and compliance
• Assist with budgeting, audits, and other accounting projects as needed
• Coordinate with outside CPA firm
• Assist with general office management duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Sage preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred not required
