Pay Rate: $68k-78k DOE

Job Title: Level II Professional Services Technician
Location: Modesto, CA
Job Overview:
Work with the VP of Technical Services on projects, system maintenance, and documenting for the Service Desk. Solve technical problems that are passed on from the Service Desk.
Skills Needed:
- Set up and manage servers, virtual machines, and networks
- Basic firewall, WiFi, and backup system setup
- Windows, Exchange, and SQL server management
- Understand networking and solve common issues
Job Responsibilities:
- Configure servers and systems
- Handle cloud migrations (email, file sharing)
- Assist with client onboarding and documentation
- Handle escalated issues from the Service Desk
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of IT experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Compensation:
- Pay: $68,000 to $78,000 per year based on experience
- Profit-sharing and 401(k) matching after one year
