Territory Sales Executive
Location: NWA
Direct Hire
Pay Range: $35,000 to - $ 40,000.00


Responsibilities and Duties:
The Territory Sales Executive (TSE) uses a consultative sales approach to offer Waste Management services to small and less complex residential accounts within an assigned territory. This role is responsible for prospecting, closing sales, and achieving revenue goals through strategic sales planning and execution.

Responsibilities:
  • Door to Door sales in assigned territory
  • Preparing for sales meetings by researching customer needs, gathering marketing materials, creating pricing plans, and identifying potential objections with strategies to address them.
  • Utilizing sales productivity tools such as customer databases, proposal software, and pricing systems to support sales efforts.
  • Conducting follow-up meetings with prospects to advance the sales process.
  • Matching services to customers’ needs through a solid understanding of the industry, competitive landscape, and pricing strategies.
  • Identifying and referring additional business opportunities within the organization when appropriate.
  • Recommending equipment optimization and leasing options based on industry expertise.
  • Negotiating and closing sales by presenting tailored solutions and reaching mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Managing post-sale administrative tasks to ensure successful service implementation.

Travel Requirement: 100% (within assigned territory)

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous sales experience preferred
