Sr. Administrative Assistant
Job Description
Pay Rate: $28 to $33/hr
Location: Stockton, CA
Schedule: Mon.-Fri, 8am to 5pm
Key Responsibilities of the Sr. Administrative Assistant:
- Learn the roles of the organization and understand their responsibilities.
- Become well versed in HVAC.
- Connect with customers, vendors, clients on behalf of the Owner to resolve any discrepancies.
- Manage social media campaigns.
- Coordinate travel and lodging arrangements for Next Star Network trainings.
- Respond to reviews/comments on Google, Yelp, etc.
- Attend all company meeting and take minutes.
- Become well versed in company software/customer database.
- Assist Owner and office manager with other assigned tasks.
- 2+ years of administrative support experience.
- High school diploma required.
- Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
- Ability to work at a fast pace and move from one task to another quickly.

Brittany is a Central Valley girl at heart. She was born and raised in Stockton, but moved to San Diego where she attended SDSU and was a member of Alpha Phi Sorority. After earning her degree in Marketing Brittany decided to stick around the San Diego area and began her management career in hospitality. It wasn’t too long before Brittany realized the sun and sand were great, but her heart was with her family in Northern California. She moved back to Stockton in 2014 and that is when she started her career as a Staffing Consultant and Recruiter for professional services.
