Primary Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the timely and budget-conscious completion of each task.
  • Foster transparent and efficient communication with internal office teams, ensuring accurate billing and well-coordinated dispatch schedules.
  • Uphold client satisfaction across all company-performed tasks.
  • Manage the effective operation of an after-hours emergency On Call service program, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Exercise vigilant cost monitoring and control for projects, striving to meet initial estimates and budgetary constraints.
  • Contribute to the recruitment, onboarding, termination, training, and performance evaluation processes for service department personnel.
  • Coordinate training sessions and lead regular meetings covering workload tracking, customer service matters, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Continuously assess the technical proficiency of technicians, developing and implementing training initiatives to support their professional growth. This includes adherence to state and federal regulatory guidelines for workplace safety and refrigerant handling.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of field experience.
  • 3-5 years in a HVAC/Refrigeration Supervisory role preferred.
  • High School or equivalent, vocational HVAC, NATE certificate is a plus. 
  • License or Certification: EPA 608 Universal Certificate
  • Clean DMV record
  • Ability to manage field technician’s work and their schedules and provide technical support.
  • Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioners, refrigeration, and heating. Have strong HVAC and refrigeration technical skill set.
  • Verbal and written communications skills, ability to understand the customers' needs. Relationship builder/maintainer
  • Time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work OT on occasion if necessary - nights, weekends, and holiday if necessary for continued successful operations of the company.
