Job Description
Pay $70K-$80K
Location: Remote | Job Type: Full-Time
Our client is seeking a highly motivated Senior Corporate Recruiter to support high-volume hiring needs across their high volume sales/customer service teams, corporate departments, including IT, Finance, Marketing, and more. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary recruiting partner for various business units, owning full-cycle recruitment and driving candidate engagement from first contact through hire.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews
- Build and maintain a “ready now” talent pipeline using proactive sourcing methods such as database mining, job boards, referrals, and networking
- Collaborate with hiring managers and the Director of Talent Acquisition to develop effective recruitment strategies
- Write, update, and post job descriptions to attract qualified candidates
- Schedule a high volume of phone, video, and onsite interviews across multiple teams
- Keep all stakeholders informed with regular updates throughout the recruitment process
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Actively source passive and active candidates using tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter
- Prioritize employee referrals and foster strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams
Qualifications:
- 5–8+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume environment (agency and/or corporate)
- Strong background in customer service and/or sales is a plus
- Self-starter with excellent judgment and initiative
- Strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Adobe Acrobat
- Prior experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools
