Senior Accountant
Location: Fayetteville, AR
Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000
Schedule: Onsite – Hours worked as needed
We are excited to partner with our client who is seeking a detail-driven Senior Accountant to oversee financial reporting, compliance, and analysis for a growing multi-entity operation. This role partners with leadership to manage budgets, forecasts, and month/year-end close, while driving process improvements and mentoring junior staff.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and reconciliations
- Prepare month-end close
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Ensure tax, audit, and compliance requirements are met
- Lead consolidations across multiple entities
- Identify efficiency opportunities in accounting processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
- 5+ years’ accounting experience (multi-entity/multi-state preferred)
- Strong GAAP knowledge and ERP/Excel expertise
- Proven leadership and analytical skills
