Sales Support Admin
Temp to hire
Pay: $21/hr
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7am-4pm
Ripon, CA

Job duties:
  • Customer Service
  • Follow up on customer inquiries via email and phone.
  • Provide direct customer service follow up with clients.
  • Enter all purchase orders into Sage.
  • Review pending sales projects and gear efforts towards progress.
  • Work collaboratively with the staff to enhance customer experience.
  • Back up to front office receptionist.
  • Schedule deliveries and product pickup.
  • Update and follow up on sales logs registering outgoing samples, active communication efforts with customers.
  • Support and attend 3-4 tradeshows per year.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years office experience
  • Customer Service oriented
  • Great grammar and spelling skills
  • Prior sales process experience a plus.
  • Microsoft Excel & Outlook proficiency
