Sales Manager
Direct Hire

Are you passionate about the dairy industry and care about client satisfaction while driving sales? We want to talk with you! With a focus on relationship-based sales, this role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with the President and CEO, and execute sales initiatives and promote the product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with customers.
- Execute sales strategies.
- Promote and effectively market the company’s product portfolio.
- Analyze market trends and communicate insights to senior management.
- Identify new sales channels and business opportunities.
- Develop, implement, and manage sales reporting.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to actively position and sell the company’s products.
- Forecast sales and develop sales budgets.
- Document customer outreach efforts and information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Food Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience
- Dairy industry experience.
- Proven negotiation skills and strong decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel as needed for trade shows and customer meetings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
