Job Description

Our growing local client is joining forces with AVAILABILITY Professional Staffing in search of an experienced Sales Coordinator  
Salary: $23.00 $25.00
Benefits: Health, 401k, PTO - eligible when hired on
Location: Stockton

Job Duties
  • Prepare warranty job orders.
  • Engage with team members to promptly address inquiries from customers and salespeople.
  • Act as the primary liaison for sales staff, offering information on orders, materials, and delivery status.
  • Create quotes for both standard and customized installations.
  • Organize and oversee comprehensive quote review processes.
  • Research and source new equipment and components necessary for quoting.
  • Recognize and maximize upselling opportunities during customer interactions.
  • Maintain daily oversight of the "Urgent Order" calendar report.
  • Assist with walk-in and call-in sales inquiries.
  • Supervise product holds and releases.
  • Coordinate with customers and vendors to gather essential information and estimates.
  • Demonstrate consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Display effective interpersonal skills when interacting with others.
Experience:
  • Associate degree or possess relevant work-related experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication for internal and external correspondence.
  • MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook), with emphasis on basic Excel skills.
