Job Description
Senior Business Analyst
Location: Modesto, CA
Pay Range $90,000 - $110,000
The ideal candidate will play a role in the development of multiple parts of the business by analyzing past, current, and future business trends and identify opportunities to improve efficiency. This individual works closely with the strategic finance team gathering, analyzing, and organizing information to assist the company in business and strategic planning.
Company looking for local candidates only, will consider Hybrid for candidates driving more than 45 miles.
Responsibilities
- Identification of opportunities and developing growth strategies for new offerings, customer segments, geographic markets, operational savings, and/or business models.
- Build business cases through investment analysis (ROI, NPV, IRR, etc.), business planning and operational improvement
- Communicate and implement strategies alongside strategic finance team
- Develop and track critical KPI metrics and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders
- Develop complex real-time financial models to evaluate the impact of initiatives on the total company
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 5+ years' of experience in related industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
