Comp: $21-$22/hr
Modesto, CA
Hours: Fulltime M-F, occasional Saturdays half day
Job Summary:

Primary Duties
- Check in and greet clients in a friendly manner
- Follow up on leads for new and existing clients - informing on product or service information and schedule client's appointment.
- Escort patients to exam rooms in order of appointment times. Collect or update patient history, vitals, or any other relevant information.
- Assist providers with pre-selling and education on cosmetic product indications, typical uses, and cost ranges.
- Prepare the provider with all necessary patient information before they enter the exam room.
- Educate patients after the provider establishes the treatment plan, ensuring they understand the plan, the proper use of their medications/products, and their responsibility for compliance.
- Take pre- and post-treatment photos.
- Walk patients to check-out when needed to ensure compliance and booking of subsequent treatments.
- Preferred - Personalized customer service/retail, hospitality experience, or Sales experience
- Industry experience a plus
- High School Diploma
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
