Base Salary: $70k-$80k + commission
Summary
We are hiring a Sales Representative to manage existing business relationships while actively developing new B2B opportunities within an assigned territory. This role blends consultative selling with ongoing client support and is ideal for someone who enjoys building trust, identifying growth opportunities, and earning commission through performance.
Job Duties
- Manage and grow relationships with existing business clients through regular communication and site visits
- Prospect and develop new business to business client opportunities within an assigned territory
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate service or solution options
- Track leads, follow ups, and sales activity using a CRM system
- Meet weekly and monthly sales activity and revenue goals
- Earn commission incentives based on new business and account growth
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and local business meetings to generate leads and build visibility
- Coordinate new client onboarding and conduct follow ups to ensure satisfaction
- Communicate client feedback and opportunities to internal teams
- Maintain organized records, reports, and activity logs
- Support leadership with special projects or administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing a sales territory
- Motivated by goals, performance metrics, and commission opportunities
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Professional demeanor and presentation
- Willingness to attend networking and community business events
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
