Job Description
Our growing local client in the services industry has partnered with AVAILABILITY Professional Staffing in search of an experienced, hands-on Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of their team, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and superior customer service. The ideal candidate will lead by example, develop employees, and enhance operational processes to maintain the highest standards in safety, service, and performance.
Pay Rate: $32-$38/hr

Location: Stockton, CA
Requirements of the Operations Supervisor:?
- 3-5 years in a supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience in training and developing teams, including creating SOPs and conducting performance reviews.
- Proficient in using CRM software and tools.
- Ability to manage disciplinary actions effectively while maintaining team morale.
Responsibilities of the Operations Supervisor:?
- Supervise and support daily HVAC operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Monitor and improve workflow processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to establish consistency and excellence in service delivery.
- Ensure all HVAC equipment, tools, and vehicles are maintained and operational.
Employee Development
- Lead training initiatives to upskill employees, ensuring they are knowledgeable in the latest industry techniques, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Conduct performance reviews, offering actionable feedback and setting clear goals for individual and team growth.
Process Improvement

Evaluate and refine processes, including service calls, maintenance routines, and installation practices, to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve the overall structure of operations.

Collaborate with management to develop and execute long-term operational strategies.
Team Leadership
- Set expectations and hold team members accountable for their performance, behavior, and adherence to company standards.
- Address employee concerns and create a positive work environment that prioritizes teamwork and open communication.
- Take disciplinary actions when necessary, ensuring fairness and alignment with company policies.
Safety and Compliance
- Ensure all team members follow OSHA and HVAC industry safety regulations.
- Maintain records of training, certifications, and compliance documentation for employees.
