We are looking for a Safety Specialist to help maintain a safe and compliant work environment across our client’s operations. This role focuses on supporting safety programs, ensuring regulatory compliance (OSHA, MSHA, DOT), and promoting a strong safety culture.

We are looking for a Safety Specialist to help maintain a safe and compliant work environment across our client’s operations. This role focuses on supporting safety programs, ensuring regulatory compliance (OSHA, MSHA, DOT), and promoting a strong safety culture.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Support incident investigations and recommend corrective actions.
- Deliver safety training and promote awareness across all levels.
- Track and report safety data, maintain compliance records.
- Assist with claims management and emergency preparedness.
- Travel to multiple sites as needed.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of safety experience in construction, industrial, or heavy industry.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations; MSHA/DOT experience preferred.
- Skilled in training, communication, and problem-solving.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, CHST/OHST certification, bilingual (English/Spanish).
