Our local client is joining forces with AVAILABILITY Professional Staffing in search of an experienced Operations Assistant. We have immediate opening for a long-term contracted Human Resources Assistant.
Type: Direct Hire OR Temp to Hire
Location: Stockton, CA
Pay Range: $20-$22 per hour

Our client is seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative Assistant to ensure their field office is operating smoothly and manage the day-to-day administrative functions. Seeking someone with strong client management skills, Service Scheduling or Logistics experience and Bilingual Spanish proficiency.

- Handle administrative tasks, including payroll and scheduling.
- Coordinate logistics and dispatch operations.
- Nurture client relationships and identify sales opportunities.
- Answer phones, check emails and voicemails.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Assist with various other administrative functions to support a smaller office, in areas of HR, customer service, dispatching, and sales departments.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proactive and detail-oriented.
- 2-5 years of logistics, dispatching, or staffing experience.
