What You’ll Do
- Verify patient insurance eligibility with precision
- Handle claims submissions and ensure accuracy
- Manage reimbursements for services rendered
- Follow up on claims and handle appeals promptly
- Minimum of 1 year of dental insurance billing experience
- Strong understanding of dental terminology and CDT coding
- Working knowledge of EMR software with fast and accurate data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills — able to work effectively with both patients and insurance companies
- Temp-to-hire position with stability and growth potential
