Location: Modesto, CA
Pay Range $19.00-$21.00

The Customer Service Support Clerk is a pivotal role within our Customer Service Department, responsible for providing essential support to to the department and aiding in the smooth operation of daily activities. This position involves handling various tasks including data entry, invoicing, customer support, and ensuring accurate coordination of product delivery. 

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Communicate courteously with customers and colleagues.
  • Process customer orders and promote additional products.
  • Manage standard ad allowances per guidelines.
  • Coordinate special orders between facilities and customers.
  • Notify Sales Team of significant customer changes.
  • Maintain order and invoice documentation.
  • Execute weekly closing processes.
  • Investigate and resolve inquiries.
  • Fulfill on-call duties as scheduled.
  • Support procedure implementation.
  • Provide cross-training support.
  • Assist with call handling and order entry.
  • Familiarize with billing processes and web portals.
  • Update and distribute sales reports.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • Proficient in basic computer applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and database programs.
  • Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Aptitude for handling multiple variables in diverse situations.
