Modesto, CA
$16.00 - $19.00 per hour DOE

We have a local company looking for an Office Administrator.  Are you organized with an attention with the ability to work at a fast pace with unscheduled interruptions?  Do you have attention to detail and like working with people as you will be the first person of contract for the organization?

The Office Administrator provides support to the managers within the organization and includes heavy interaction with clients, Board Members and outside vendors.
Job Duties for the Office Administrator:
  • Office Operations
  • Website and Social Media Management
  • Plan regular company events
  • Document Management
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Manger company voicemail
•    Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel
•    Ability to accurately type 35+ WPM
•    Must be able to represent the organization in a professional manner
