Overview
We are partnering with a pediatric practice in Rogers to hire an experienced Medical Assistant who values relationship-driven, preventative care.
This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a board-certified MD who is also certified in Lifestyle Medicine. While the practice treats sick patients as needed, there is a strong emphasis on preventative care, education, and long-term wellness.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant
• Comfortable in a pediatric setting
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused mindset
Preferred Qualifications
• Medical Assistant certification preferred but not required (per Arkansas guidelines)
• Pediatrics experience highly desired
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required
Key Responsibilities
• Room patients and obtain vitals
• Assist with exams, immunizations, and procedures
• Educate families on preventative care and healthy lifestyle habits
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR
• Support smooth clinic operations while maintaining a calm, welcoming environment
