Client Support Rep - Bilingual Spanish
Location: Stockton
Fulltime, Mon-Fri
Pay Rate: $23/hr

Job Duties
- Serve as a main point of contact for client requests, questions, and concerns
- Manage service tickets, inspections, and work orders through internal systems
- Communicate with clients and field teams by phone, email, and text
- Track and follow up on service issues to ensure timely resolution
- Review and update employee timekeeping records
- Coordinate schedule coverage for call outs, time off, special projects, and new accounts
- Request supplies and help track equipment and facility access
- Maintain accurate records and organized documentation
- Provide limited after hours or weekend support as needed
Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Self motivated with good problem solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, detail oriented environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
- High School Diploma required
- At least 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or service coordination
