Job Description
Location: Turlock, CA
Pay Range: $20-$23/hr Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Front Office Administrative Specialist to support multiple departments, including Sales, Production, Quality Assurance, Logistics, and Accounting. - Greet vendors, customers, and drivers, assisting with check-in procedures. Assist with daily administrative tasks across multiple departments.
- Support customer service and sales teams with order entry and contract documentation.
- Answer, route, and manage incoming phone calls and inquiries
- Cross-train in sales contract and grower accounting database management.
- Help monitor and manage customer shipping instructions and purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate records through scanning, e-filing, and database updates.
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety, Quality, and OSHA standards.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented and cross-functional environment.
- Prior experience in data entry, reporting, or administrative support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to analyze information and problem-solve efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow into more advanced roles.
