Part Time Administrative Assistant

Pay Range: $21-$22.55/hr Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant (Temporary, Part-Time) provides short-term support to ensure continuity of essential functions while a staff member is out on leave. The role is primarily administrative, with responsibilities in office support, data entry, and reporting.
Schedule: Part-time, temporary assignment (~2 months). Flexible, ideally Mon–Wed 8 hrs/day, Thurs 6 hrs/day. May occasionally include half days on Saturday or Sunday with advanced notice.
Key Responsibilities
- Support reporting requirements by accurately entering and reviewing data in spreadsheets and other systems.
- Provide general administrative assistance, including word processing, filing, records management, and report creation.
- Assist with monitoring, documenting, and maintaining organized records to ensure smooth departmental operations.
- Support staff with customer-facing inquiries, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
- Perform additional clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills (in-person and by phone). Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Organized, detail-oriented, with strong time management and analytical skills.
- Comfortable with technology, data entry, and navigating business software applications.
