Mon-Fri: 7am-5pm
Pay Range $18-$20/hr, healthy benefits package
Location: Linden, CA
Seasonal opportunity through October 2026! Do you have experience with order entry, coordination, or office support in a fast paced, operations driven environment? Seeking someone who can support the Dispatch department with accurately entering orders and supporting daily delivery coordination.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, interruption-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter dispatch and delivery orders into NetSuite with a high level of accuracy
- Maintain accurate records for all delivery orders
- Support dispatchers with delivery and pickup coordination as needed
- Communicate with Sales and Operations teams regarding orders
- Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
- Provide professional, timely, and courteous customer service
- Handle changing priorities and exercise sound judgment
- Work overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in dispatch support, administrative, or coordination roles preferred
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office
- ERP experience preferred (NetSuite strongly preferred)
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
