Summary:
The Front Desk Sales Coordinator serves as the initial point of contact for clients at the Medical Spa, responsible for creating a positive first impression. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth front desk operations. It requires a professional and friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and efficient multitasking abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-in and registration.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Provide information about services, products, and promotions offered at the Medical Spa.
- Ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients by keeping the front desk area, waiting area, and coffee bar clean and stocked accordingly.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage appointment bookings and maintain the appointment calendar.
- Maintain and update client records in the system.
- Process payments.
- Address client concerns and ensure a positive experience.
- Seek Client feedback and relay it to the appropriate departments for improvement.
- Sign off on packages and put away received products. Break down boxes and remove all trash at the end of the day.
- Review reward points for patients scheduled the following business day and update notes to ease in the check-in/out process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years of experience in customer service, reception, Health & Wellness, or beauty product sales a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer applications and scheduling software
- Motivated to be your best, and a team player
