Location: Modesto, CA
Position: Temporary-to-Permanent
Responsibilities – Medical Receptionist
- Greet and assist patients during check-in
- Verify insurance coverage and check eligibility
- Collect co-payments
- Accurately input patient information into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
- Provide directions to patients for their appointments
- Ensure patients are directed to the appropriate floor for radiology procedures
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced medical receptionist role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including 7 AM to 4 PM, 8 AM to 5 PM, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and 9 AM to 6 PM on a weekly basis
- Availability to work one Saturday and one Sunday per month, with double-time compensation
