Medical Front Office
Pay: $21.00–$22.00 per hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Medical Front Office professional to join a busy medical office. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for someone who is dependable, patient-focused, organized, and enjoys working as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will have previous medical front office experience, strong data entry skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking patients.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and provide a welcoming, professional experience
- Check patients in for scheduled appointments
- Verify insurance coverage and eligibility
- Collect patient copays and provide receipts
- Accurately enter and update patient information in the EMR system
- Work with Greenway software for patient records and information
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient information
- Provide excellent customer service and support to patients
- Work closely with other team members to support daily front office operations
- Follow HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Previous EMR experience; Greenway experience is a plus
- Strong data entry and 10-key skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
