Our growing local client is joining forces with AVAILABILITY Professional Staffing in search of an experienced Dispatcher/Logistics Coordinator.  Excellent Math Skills, Trouble shooting and independent problem solving over a phone is a must!

Pay Rate: $24.00 - $30.00
Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO - eligible when hired on
Location: Modesto, CA
Requirements of the Dispatcher/Logistics Coordinator: 
  • Strong analytical and math skills. 
  • Exceptional skills in problem solving and trouble shooting. 
  • Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal. 
  • Thrive in a fast-paced work environment where no two days are the same. 
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills.  
  • HS Diploma (Required) 
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred) 
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and occasional holidays as necessary. 
  • Desire to learn and apply yourself. 
Responsibilities of the Dispatcher/Logistics Coordinator: 
  • Heavy phone usage, trouble shooting, and arranging of deliveries for drivers to maximize their drive time. 
  • Dispatch fuel to customer stations daily as requested by client. 
  • Schedule common carrier drivers for deliveries throughout California and Nevada. 
  • Responsible to monitor inventory at each managed site assigned to each particular Analyst. 
  • Take fuel delivery orders from customers and company marketers via email and phone. 
  • Reconcile freight invoices. 
  • Confirm delivery of fuel to customers. 
  • Review fuel rack prices. 
  • Receive on-call phone calls regarding deliveries, retain issues, etc. 
  • Other duties as assigned.
