Information Systems Manager
Direct Hire
Pay Rate $130,000 to $170,000
The Information Systems Manager will plan, establish, and manage information systems projects and will serve as a liaison between the Operations and Finance teams by supporting their needs for performance and analytical data/reporting tools from the ERP system to manage all aspects of the business most effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manages company systems (IT) to ensure adherence to budget and performance objectives helping to achieve company’s strategic goals.
- Works with Operations and Finance Department team members to develop and produce tools and reports for successful management of business operations.
- Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
- Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare performance reports and forecasting projections.
- Identifies hardware, equipment, and software needs for the organization’s information center; recommends and facilitates upgrades and replacements.
- Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in technology, alerting senior staff of the effect’s widespread equipment, network, and other revisions, changes, and discontinuations will have on the organization’s information center and related operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, computer science or relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in related field
- Advanced level in Excel, including Visual
- SQL (T-SQL) experience
- Experience utilizing Crystal Reports, QuickBooks
- Experience working with 3rd party vendors
- Strong technical problem solving and communication skills, self sufficient and driven.
