Front Desk Receptionist
Job Description
Location: Stockton, CA
Pay Rate: $22-$24/hr
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8am to 5pm
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong multitasking ability
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable in a fast-paced medical environment
- Professional, friendly, and confident demeanor
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Check patients in and out efficiently
- Collect payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist Spanish-speaking patients
- Keep front desk organized and running smoothly
- Support overall office flow and patient experience
Preferred Experience:
- Medical or chiropractic front desk experience
- Experience with EMR or scheduling systems
- Familiarity with memberships or recurring billing
- Understanding of HIPAA/privacy practices
