HR Manager
Job Description
APS is partnering with a reputable and growing company in search of a hands-on HR Manager. The HR Manager will serve as a trusted partner to leadership while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. You'll help drive company culture, ensure compliance, support employee development, and lead recruiting efforts.
Salary: $120,000 - $135,000

Requirements of the HR Manager:
- 5+ years previous Human Resources experience with progressively increasing responsibility
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, employment practices, and compliance
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Deadline-driven with exceptional time management skills
Responsibilities of the HR Manager:
- Lead and oversee daily HR operations
- Serve as the primary HR contact for managers and employees
- Coach leaders on performance management, employee engagement, and best HR practices
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Support organizational development and HR strategy initiatives
- Generate reports on HR activities and team performance
- Manage employee relations, including grievances and conflict resolution
- Coordinate terminations, exit interviews, and related documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Collaborate with external agencies and public services as needed
- Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned
