Key Responsibilities
- Serve as front desk reception support, answering employee calls and responding to HR/Employee Relations inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist in large filing project.
- Assist with preparation, processing, and distribution of employee packets.
- Organize, maintain, and file employee personnel records accurately and efficiently.
- Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, scheduling, and handling confidential documents.
- Support HR team members with clerical tasks as needed to ensure smooth department operations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
Qualifications
- Some experience in office administration or HR preferred, but willing to consider candidates with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, especially in recordkeeping and filing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professionalism.
- Proficient with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
