Great permanent opportunity for a Bilingual HR Generalist with a reputable and growing client of APS. The Bilingual HR Generalist will play a vital role in ensuring the organizations operations run smoothly and efficiently.
The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for the execution of the day-to-day people processes. They will partner with the HR Manager to facilitate all hiring, onboarding, training, safety, compliance, and administration.

The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for the execution of the day-to-day people processes. They will partner with the HR Manager to facilitate all hiring, onboarding, training, safety, compliance, and administration.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Hire and complete necessary orientation and onboarding for new employees
- Partner with the HR Manager to resolve employee conflicts or conduct investigations
- Partner with the management team to ensure all recruiting and staffing needs are met
- Evaluate and screen resumes, coordinate interviews and facilitate on-site candidate experience
- Assist with updating and communicating Human Resources policies and procedures
- Prepare and maintain reports necessary
- Create, organize, and maintain employee files
- Partner with the HR Manager to ensure compliance with state and federal laws
- Assist with ad hoc HR projects and other administrative duties as assigned and needed
- Back up to Payroll department for payroll processing
- Back-up to Front Desk Reception
- Maintain company organization charts and the employee directory
- Receives deliveries and routes accordingly
- Orders, receives, and maintains office supplies for the office
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of Human Resources experience
- Bi-lingual Spanish/English required
- General knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- General knowledge of Cal OSHA regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience.
- Good analytical and judgment skills to identify and resolve problems
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal forms, utilizing Spanish language skills is preferred
