Location: Modesto, CA
Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000

Description of Duties
- Ability to manage accounting for commercial projects for commercial builds
- Handle all invoices from vendors
- Track costing
- Review all payment requests
- Manage the G/L and research discrepancies
- Correspond with vendors
- Review and manage vendor contracts
- Issue 1099’s annually to vendors
- Prepare Quarterly Taxes for CPA
- Reconcile Bank Statements
- Provide A/R Aging, Weekly Cash Flow reports
- 5 years’ experience in accounting
- Experience managing books
- Full understanding of the General Ledger and P&L’s
- Experience with Accounting software
