Job Description
A trusted local CPA Firm is growing and has enlisted AVAILABILITY Professional Staffing to assist them with their search for a Front Desk Administrator with outstanding customer service skills.
Pay Rate: $19-$22/hr.
Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision- 100% covered by the employer, PTO, 401K
Location: Modesto, CA
Requirements of the Front Desk Administrator:
- HS Diploma
- Ability to work overtime and Saturday’s during tax season.
- Working experience with MS Office: Outlook, Word & Excel
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
Responsibilities of the Front Desk Administrator:
- Greet visitors.
- Answer multi-line phone.
- Take detailed messages and transfer calls.
- Scanning
- Copying and faxing.
- Create and maintain client files.
- Receive and process payments.
- Manage calendar for two partners.
- Call clients to pick up tax returns.
- Receive information and documents from clients for processing.
