AVAILABILITY Professional Staffing has partnered with a local CPA firm seeking a Firm Administrator to take charge of operations across two busy CPA offices. In this key role, you’ll oversee office management, lead a team of administrative pros, handle firm-wide accounting, payroll, billing, HR, software management, and more—all while working closely with partners on strategic planning and budgeting. If you have experience in a CPA firm, know your way around QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and tax software, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Salary: $78,000 to $83,000

Location: Turlock, CA
Requirements of the Firm Administrator:
- 4-year degree highly preferred
- Prior CPA firm experience
- 2+ years of management/supervisor experience
- QuickBooks Accounting Software Experience
- Working knowledge of tax software
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
Responsibilities of the Firm Administrator:
- Responsible for Firm office management.
- Oversee and supervise administrative assistants at two offices.
- Responsible for Firm accounting and reporting.
- Primarily responsible for firm payroll.
- Review of all personnel time-keeping.
- Responsible and supervise all monthly billing by partners and managers.
- Responsible for project management through firm.
- Manages all human resources for personnel.
- Oversees firm insurance with Managing Partner.
- Manages and renews firm’s computer software licenses.
- Collaborates with Partners with annual budget setting reviews.
