Location: Oakdale, CA
Pay Rate: $33.00
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our finance team. This role partners with business leaders to provide financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and decision support that drives business performance.
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
- Analyze financial results and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and annual operating plans.
- Assist with month-end and quarter-end close.
- Develop financial models and perform ad hoc analysis.
- Partner with leaders across departments to provide financial guidance.
- Support special projects and process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- 3+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting experience.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP system preferred.
- MBA, CPA, or CMA is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
