Field Operations Supervisor
Schedule: Swing Shift (Start time between 2pm–4pm)
Salary: $31.25/hr

Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Field Operations Supervisor to support nightly operations across multiple customer sites. This role oversees field supervisors and hourly employees, ensuring high-quality service delivery, strong customer satisfaction, and consistent execution of janitorial standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced supervisor—or an early-career manager—who is ready to take ownership of multi-site operations and grow into a broader leadership role.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Training
- Supervise field supervisors and janitorial staff across multiple customer locations.
- Conduct regular meetings to review policies, procedures, equipment use, techniques, and safety.
- Provide ongoing training to ensure all team members are fully prepared to meet quality and service standards.
- Maintain positive morale, accountability, and consistency within the field team.
Operations & Quality Control
- Ensure all contracted work is completed correctly, safely, on time, and in accordance with specifications.
- Conduct written inspections and regular site visits to maintain quality control.
- Coordinate with the Customer Solutions Team to plan, schedule, and execute cleaning tasks.
- Standardize cleaning procedures for consistent outcomes across all locations.
Customer Service & Client Relations
- Respond promptly to customer service requests, concerns, and follow-ups.
- Support account retention through excellent service delivery and communication.
- Represent the company professionally at all client sites.
Cost & Resource Management
- Monitor labor, supplies, materials, and equipment to keep each site within budget.
- Track work activity using company software, including work tickets, status reports, employee hours, and supply usage.
- Assist with inventory oversight at assigned locations.
Additional Functions
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation, inspections, and shift reports.
- Perform other operational tasks as assigned to support the department’s success.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in a janitorial, facilities, or commercial services leadership role.
- Strong team leadership and coaching ability.
- Excellent time management, organization, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to lead a diverse workforce across multiple sites.
- Strong attention to detail with commitment to quality and safety.
- Comfort working independently during swing/night shift operations.
