Job Duties
- Ensure smooth office operations, exceptional client experiences, and oversee a motivated, high-performing team.
- Collaborate with leadership to design and execute marketing strategies, promotions, and oversee client lead follow-ups and scheduling.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance employee morale, productivity, and client satisfaction.
- Ensure clients receive personalized consultations and high-quality service, addressing concerns promptly to maintain community reputation, satisfaction and customer retention.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients and employees, enforcing inventory control measures and addressing incident reports efficiently.
- Monitor and report on promotional performance, identifying trends and recommending adjustments to Senior Leadership to improve outcomes.
- Oversee daily operations of the practice, ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining an efficient workflow across all areas.
- Manage staff training and work schedule.
- Create monthly plans and adjustments to meet revenue goals - managing operational costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred OR equivalent Managerial experience.
- 3+ years of management or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
