Pay Range: $70k-$100k

We’re seeking an Engineering Project Manager to oversee and execute custom and standard construction projects from concept through completion. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to make a direct impact. You’ll act as the key liaison between clients, architects, and internal teams, guiding each project through planning, technical execution, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage construction/design projects, from bid through build-out

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to define scope, resolve issues, and maintain alignment

Lead cross-functional efforts across architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines

Oversee project documentation, timelines, and deliverables

Provide field teams with technical guidance and support during installation

Monitor and manage project budgets, schedules, and change orders

Ensure code compliance and quality control during design and execution

Participate in progress meetings, approvals, and site reviews as needed
What You Bring
-
3+ years of experience in engineering, construction, or related project management

Ability to interpret architectural and technical drawings

Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams

Organized, solutions-focused, and self-motivated
Preferred Education & Background

Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent experience

Prior team leadership or supervisory experience a plus
