Architectural Drafter
Stanislaus County, San Joaquin County
Pay Range: $25-$35/hr

Seeking a Drafter to support the design and engineering team by creating accurate, professional construction drawings and documentation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving design challenges, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. You’ll play a key role in turning conceptual designs into buildable plans using CAD and Revit.

Key Responsibilities

Translate conceptual designs into complete, detailed CAD and Revit drawings

Apply drafting standards and redline revisions accurately and efficiently

Ensure all drawings meet internal quality standards and project timelines

Collaborate closely with senior drafters, designers, and other internal stakeholders

Maintain job documentation and time tracking per department protocols

Communicate progress and potential delays proactively

Support project-related requests and assist with other duties as needed
Qualifications

High School Diploma, Associate’s degree in Drafting or related field preferred

2–3 years’ drafting experience (or equivalent education and training)

Proficiency in CAD and Revit; Microsoft Office familiarity

Strong math, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Excellent communication—clear, responsive, and team-focused

Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and manage shifting priorities
