Full Time: Management
Territory: Missouri – Nixa & Wiona
Reports to: Vice President of Operations
Compensation: $125k - $150k + 30% performance bonus

We are excited to be partnering with a growing company based out of Fayetteville, AR. They are seeking an experienced, results-driven Division Manager to support their Oklahoma market. As a Division Manager, the ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role supporting a large team. In this role you would be responsible for 6 different sites and 20 independent driving routes.
Responsibilities:
Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the division, including setting goals, defining expectations, managing schedules, and addressing problems as they arise. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve operational efficiency. Budgeting and Financial Oversight: Track expenditures, seek out the best pricing for sourcing, and plan for future needs by preparing budgets.
Handle purchasing and expenses, ensuring adherence to company guidelines.
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed.
Take action to rectify any deficiencies, investigate accidents, and manage reporting according to company requirements.
Foster a culture of safety, holding all employees accountable for maintaining a safe working environment.
Maintenance and Repairs:
Manage the maintenance and repair of equipment or vehicles to minimize disruption to operations and control costs.
Ensure routine maintenance is performed on schedule and develop contingency plans in case of delays.
Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure a high level of customer service by providing dependable service and addressing customer issues promptly and effectively.
Talent Acquisition and Retention:
Manage hiring for the division, focusing on retention and potential for growth within the company.
Be proactive in identifying and recruiting talent for future needs.
Employee Training and Mentorship:
Provide training and mentorship to employees to help them succeed in their current roles and prepare for advancement within the company.
Performance Management: Oversee employee performance, offering guidance, encouragement, and coaching as needed. Develop and implement performance improvement plans for employees who are underperforming, setting clear goals and timelines for improvement.

- Waste Management experience required

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
