Job Description
Mon-Fri: 7am-5pm
Pay Range: $22-$26/hr, healthy benefits package
Location: Linden, CA
Do you have a mix of logistics coordination, operations support, and customer-facing experience? Seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate daily delivery operations, schedules, and driver communication. This role supports efficient logistics by managing orders, routing drivers, and ensuring timely, accurate service in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Dispatch and coordinate deliveries and equipment pickups
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams via phone and email
- Track drivers and provide routing guidance to ensure on-time delivery
- Create and manage orders and documentation using ERP systems
- Assign daily delivery priorities and routes
- Maintain accurate dispatch records
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Handle changing priorities and occasional overtime as needed
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of dispatcher, logistics, or operations experience preferred
- ERP system experience a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong multitasking, organization, and time-management skills
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and basic logistics or routing knowledge
