Job Description

Job Title: Dispatcher
Reports To: Operations Manager
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Second Shift)
Location: Anna, Texas
Hours: 9am - 7pm

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Coordinate route sequencing and dispatching to ensure efficiency
  • Communicate route changes and updates clearly to drivers
  • Check drivers in and out, ensuring smooth route starts and successful completion
  • Answer phones and greet incoming employees in a professional manner
  • Provide first-level customer service by answering customer calls
  • Offer administrative support for special projects as assigned
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to provide accurate information and maintain excellent customer service
  • Communicate effectively in person and over the phone with team members
Qualifications:
 
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of dispatch experience (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations (Mandatory)
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering clear instructions
  • Must be able to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs
