Pay Range $ 120,000 - $ 150,000

This is a high-impact opportunity with executive visibility and significant growth potential. Looking to take your career to the next level? We're looking for our next Director of Manufacturing to oversee the performance and strategic direction of a high-output production facility. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the facility is always audit-ready and in full compliance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and DSA standards.
  • Lead daily execution and long-range production strategy—with a focus on output, efficiency, and workforce performance.
  • Guide employees, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and report on operational KPIs, including productivity, labor utilization, quality standards, and schedule adherence.
  • Align plant operations with field construction requirements, project timelines, and customer specifications.
  • Oversee department leaders across production, safety, logistics, training, equipment maintenance, and quality assurance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase throughput, reduce waste, and enhance overall plant efficiency.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to shifting project demands, field conditions, and unforeseen disruptions.
  • Support cost-control and sustainability initiatives by identifying operational efficiencies and resource optimization opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in construction manufacturing, modular construction, or commercial production environments.
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing large operational teams 
  • Deep knowledge of California construction codes, including DSA (Division of the State Architect) compliance.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performance teams, drive operational improvements, and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Industrial Operations, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong command of production scheduling, labor optimization, and safety compliance protocols.
  • Experience with DSA-regulated construction projects
  • Lean, Six Sigma (preferred).
