Job Description

Our growing local client is joining forces with AVAILABILITY Professional Staffing in search of an experienced Compliance Support Associate.  Your tasks will span managing compliance-related activities, organizing documents, and aiding in general office functions.


Pay Range:  $20.00 - $25.00
Temp to Hire
Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO - eligible when hired on
Location: Modesto, CA

Responsibilities:
  • Direct incoming calls to appropriate recipients.
  • Address basic inquiries and offer general information.
  • Maintain order and accessibility of job-related documents.
  • Guarantee precise filing of paperwork.
  • Supervise compliance with regulations and internal policies, encompassing workforce training, subcontractor insurance validation, certified payroll record verification, and safety protocol oversight.
  • Supervise office supplies inventory and procurement.
  • Execute occasional office errands and manage mail processing.
  • Offer administrative assistance across departments.
  • Collaborate on special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous administrative experience in construction or a related field.
  • Preference for familiarity with construction compliance obligations.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Competence in MS Office Suite.
  • Proficient communication skills.
  • Capacity to work autonomously and within a team.
  • Capability to lift 25lbs.
  • Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
