Cash Application Clerk
Job Description
We are hiring immediately for a Cash Applications Clerk to support one of our Springdale-based clients. This is a temporary, onsite role with a quick start and straightforward responsibilities. If you are open to temporary work and can start quickly, this is a great opportunity.
Pay Range: 18.00 - $20.00
Location: Springdale, AR
What You Will Be Doing
• Opening and sorting daily mail
• Posting customer payments accurately
• Applying checks and electronic payments to accounts
• Matching payments to invoices
• Assisting with basic accounting and clerical tasks
This Role Is a Good Fit If You
• Are comfortable with repetitive, detail-focused work
• Have experience in cash posting, accounts receivable, or office support, or are eager to learn
• Can work onsite in Springdale
• Are available to start as soon as next week
• Are open to temporary assignments
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and punctual
