Bookkeeper - Part Time
Shift: 20-24/hrs week

Does a part-time role for a small family-owned ag company sound good to you? Looking for someone who likes to work independently in an office with minimal foot traffic to handle light payroll, AR/AP, and other bookkeeping tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for 10+ employees, ensuring accuracy in timecard approvals and employee deductions.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage and post light amount of AR/AP entries per month, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Manage books for multiple companies
- Maintain and manage the general ledger, ensuring accurate postings of transactions.
- Print and prepare basic financial reports (no need for deep analysis).
- Approve timecards and process payments for a subcontractor farm labor company.
- Work with CPA, to assist in year-end financial reporting and tax preparation.
- Comfortable in a casual environment
- Familiarity with general bookkeeping tasks, including payroll, AR/AP, and bank reconciliations.
- Familiarity with financial reporting a plus. In depth analysis not required and will be handled with CPA.
- Experience working with financial software
- Ability to manage multiple bank accounts and keep financial data separated and organized.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
