Job Description

Our growing local client is joining forces with AVAILABILITY Professional Staffing in search of an Assistant Association Manager member to join their growing team. Must have a desire to learn and Detail oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills. 

Location: Modesto
Pay Range $25.00 to $27.00

Job Duties:
  • Serve as liaison between owners, professional services, and Board of Directors.
  • Assist in managing administrative, maintenance, and financial affairs of the property.
  • Log and manage communications from owners/tenants, resolving issues and escalating when necessary.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and assemble board packets; attend and report on meetings.
  • Facilitate annual meetings in compliance with California Civil Code.
  • Draft meeting minutes and action items promptly after each meeting.
  • Conduct site reviews and assist in issuing violation letters as needed.
  • Enforce community rules and regulations.
  • Assist in project bidding, repairs, maintenance, and capital improvements.
  • Help prepare operating budgets and facilitate Reserve Studies.
  • Review and present financial reports at Board meetings; oversee invoice payments.
  • Coordinate community-wide communications and update association data.
  • Invoice Association for additional management services.

Requirements:
  • High School
  • Microsoft Office – Word and Excel
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Attention to detail is a must
